Life now for us is pink, pink, and more pink and princesses. Of course, pink really is my favorite color, and I do love princesses too, but sometimes you can be subjected to it a little bit more than you would like. Caroline for Christmas got a bunch of dress-up clothes that she loves to play with. I thought that these were cute pictures because she could barely walk in the purple shoes, her wings were crooked, and her tiara was falling off. In fact, this little princess had to be carried down the stairs due to her heels :)

Our New Year's Trip to Williamsburg, VA

Robert and I went to Williamsburg, VA for a quiet getaway-just the two of us for New Year's. Caroline stayed with my parents for the week while we were gone. We had a great time. I've always loved Williamsburg. The last time I was there was when I was six months pregnant with Caroline. We stayed at a fabulous bed and breakfast called the Applewood Colonial Bed and Breakfast: Breakfasts there were absolutely delicious! Anyway we did the normal touristy stuff by going to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and we visited the College of William and Mary. On New Year's Eve, we had dinner at the King Arm's Tavern where we had an original 18th century New Year's Feast. Here are some pictures from below:
