Robert and I went to Williamsburg, VA for a quiet getaway-just the two of us for New Year's. Caroline stayed with my parents for the week while we were gone. We had a great time. I've always loved Williamsburg. The last time I was there was when I was six months pregnant with Caroline. We stayed at a fabulous bed and breakfast called the Applewood Colonial Bed and Breakfast: http://www.williamsburgbandb.com/home.html. Breakfasts there were absolutely delicious! Anyway we did the normal touristy stuff by going to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and we visited the College of William and Mary. On New Year's Eve, we had dinner at the King Arm's Tavern where we had an original 18th century New Year's Feast. Here are some pictures from below:
